Is it possible to run two nvidia gforce 8800 video cards in SLI on a Gigabyte EP45 motherboard using a mac os?

I have snow leopard on my Gigabyte and i know it is possible for sli support with a Windows OS, but i was wondering if it was possible on a Mac OS?|||Unfortinatly no. Macs are uncustomizeable besides ram.

This is what gets some people peeved about macs, they can't have extra stuff like HDD's or new processors or GPUs, in the foreseeable future apple might make MAC desktop's so that's a pro. But for now macs aren't customizeable, but if you have a mac desktop try it open it up then look if there's two or more GPU slots if there is buy an extra one and try it.|||I read the other answer and had to pause... What...???

We are not talking about Macs, we are talking about OS X. Nonetheless, the idea that a Mac Pro is not customizable is silly. You can add multiple video cards, up to four internal hard drives, and up to 32GB of RAM. Early Macs could use multiple monitors long before any PC.

Nothing about OS X limits using SLI. It is up to NVidia to provide drivers for OS X... and they don't. Without SLI drivers, no SLI.
