Does Skype on Mac OSX need a dedicated video card to do video calls?

I'm building a compact PC with a GMA950 onboard graphics chipset, and am wondering if this is adequate to make video calls with Skype on OSX?|||Video playback requires only the most basic of video hardware. It would certainly be fine on an actual Mac, but there's no telling what kind of limitations and incompatibilities you'll run into with your hackintosh.
