i'm trying to install a tablet and it's not working. the only other explanation i can think of is that i do not have the correct video card. suggestions?|||Alex, to answer your question with accuracy more information is needed.
When you say you're trying to install a tablet, what tablet, make and model? Assuming the computer you are using is a Mac, what Mac and Mac OS are being used?

Alex take a look at the video offered for setup video at Wacom. Also check the 2nd link for the most recent driver for the tablet. Be certain to choose the appropriate driver. 10.4.x Tiger; 10.5 Leopard; 10.6.x is Snow Leopard and 10.7.x is Lion. Can't point to the specific driver given Max OS X refers to 4 different Mac OS's but the site looks pretty simple to use.
